Ballot Measures Include:
Food Tax, (ORDINANCE No. 31): the continuation of the food tax initiated in 1990 and renewed every 5 years since then.
Debt Issuance, (ORDINANCE No. 32): a new measure that allows the city to benefit from a federally subsidized funding program for transportation infrastructure improvements.

Join us for Common Grounds with our Elected Officials the first Friday of every month at 7:30 a.m. Common Grounds provides an opportunity to be deeply connected, with a larger sense of community. Our community leaders will provide us with an update on the most current issues and challenges facing our business community. We believe this is a chance to explore issues, create solutions and a greater understanding.
You will hear from a variety of Industry and elected leaders on their vision and how they are leading the way. These events will be moderated by Chamber leadership.
