Or maybe you've watched a talented employee become a manager and struggle—not because
they weren't capable, but because leading people requires an entirely different skill set than doing
the work.

That's exactly why I created the Emerging Leader Academy.

This six-month leadership development experience is designed for new and emerging leaders who want to build confidence, strengthen their communication, develop their people, and lead
with purpose.

Together, we'll explore topics including:
• Transitioning from individual contributor to leader
• Understanding your leadership style and strengths
• Communicating with clarity, confidence, and accountability
• Navigating difficult conversations
• Coaching and developing employees
• Delegating with confidence and leading with authority
• Building engaged teams and leading through change

This isn't a lecture-based training. It's an interactive learning experience where participants will engage in meaningful discussions, personalized coaching, practical leadership activities, and real-world application they can immediately use with their teams.

To celebrate the journey, we'll conclude the Academy with a Leadership Showcase and Graduation Celebration, where participants will reflect on their growth, celebrate
accomplishments, and receive a Certificate of Completion recognizing their commitment to becoming stronger, more confident leaders.

meaningful support, and a community of leaders learning together.
