Saturday, November 24 Starts at 9th Avenue and 15th Street and ends at Lincoln Park with a lighting ceremony and Santa Claus! $40 entry fee. Enteries entering the parade after November 7 will be a $60 entry fee.

Description
Criteria - each entry must be lit with lights and you are able to have music. You can hand out information and candy, but must not throw it from your entry. Also, no jumping on or off entry when on the parade route.
