Jobs of Hope believes that the only time we are looking down on a fellow brother is when we are trying to help him get back up. Jobs of Hope is designed with a goal to assist incarcerated individuals with a successful transition to their community after they are released by addressing the educational, employment, healthcare, housing, and family relationship needs of the person. This is accomplished by providing a holistic values-based approach that help individuals transform their attitudes, beliefs and how they look at life, their support systems and community. In addition to providing support and connection to needed services through a nonjudgmental, intensive goal setting case management approach. The goal is to break the cycle of poverty, incarceration and violence for their sake, the sake of their children and families and for the benefit of our community by reducing crime and the costs associated with the criminal and justice system.
