Leadership Weld County 2024-2025

Description

Leadership Weld County (LWC) is an immersive program for emerging leaders providing them the opportunity to expand their capacity and capabilities to grow and perform in leadership roles within their own organizations. Programming begins with a focus on learning about individual leadership behaviors through the utilization of the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI); the LPI presents and weighs specific leadership strengths and opportunities of each individual class participant. In addition participants gain a comprehensive understanding of the community and region they live in. Class sessions cover topics including: Healthcare, Economic Development, Public Safety, Education, Manufacturing, Energy, Non-Profit and Transportation through the experience of tours, leadership sessions, educational panels, leadership moments, and more. For over 41 years, LWC has been committed to ensuring to continuation of knowledgeable and effective leadership in Greeley and Weld County and produced over 1,000 leaders for the Greeley Area.
