Summer Schedule (Monday–Friday): 6:00–7:00 AM: Adult Peak Performance (MWF) 7:00–8:15 AM: SOAR / SOAR+ 8:20–9:35 AM: SOAR / SOAR+ 9:40–10:55 AM: SOAR / SOAR+ 11:00–12:15 PM: Elevate Dance Performance 12:20–1:35 PM: SOAR / SOAR+ 1:40–2:55 PM: Game Changer Basketball 3:00–4:15 PM: SOAR / SOAR+ Bonus: Speed & Agility Camp – Saturdays, 9:00–10:00 AM! Pricing varies on program length and exercise sessions per week. Choose 2-4 days per week and 6-10 weeks.

Our summer performance training programs kick off June 2nd and offer customized options for youth athletes, dancers, and basketball players in a high-energy, goal-driven environment. Athletes can train 2–4 days/week with flexible scheduling across up to 10 weeks of sessions. Our full lineup includes: SOAR & SOAR+ – Foundational and sport-specific training for middle and high school athletes Game Changer Basketball – Explosive on-court skill development Elevate Dance Performance – Focused training for dancers: technique, injury prevention, and strength Speed & Agility Camp (Saturdays) – Fast-twitch, change of direction, and acceleration New this year: Spots are limited and sessions are filling fast! MVP Program – For serious athletes ready to rise: includes goal setting, mentorship, recovery sessions, nutrition and mindset coaching, and access to our SOAR app. Output Sports Testing available as a team option or individual add-on to track real-time data like sprint speed and jump height.
