Part-Time Insurance Service Representative

We are looking for a part-time, English/Spanish bilingual Insurance Service Representative who wants to help customers feel welcomed, supported, and well cared for in every interaction. Part-time, 20 to 30 hours per week Standard schedule: Monday through Friday required Additional seasonal hours may be available Pay range: $18 to $27 per hour, based on experience and interview Primary Responsibilities Assist clients with insurance service needs in person, over the phone, by email, and through mail correspondence Provide professional, courteous support to policyholders Help manage day-to-day service requests and office communication Maintain accurate records and follow office procedures Support a positive client experience through clear communication, flexibility, and follow-through Qualifications Active Colorado Property & Casualty license, or ability to become licensed within 30 days English/Spanish bilingual required Strong communication skills by phone and in person Professional written communication skills for email and mail correspondence Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite General computer literacy and comfort learning office systems Friendly, honest, dependable, and flexible Ability to pivot as needs change and work well in a team-oriented office environment What We Value Kindness Clear communication Honesty Flexibility Professionalism A service-first mindset
