Salary Range 14 ($89,087-130,881 negotiable based on experience)

Summary/Objective
This position is primarily responsible for collaborating and leading partnerships with community members and businesses to increase student college and career readiness. This includes but is not limited to, business leaders, CEOs, Chambers of Commerce, and Workforce Development Centers. The ability to relate to and work with young adolescents and willingness to work collaboratively with both the community and school teams is essential. Extra duties may include providing career education programs and activities, post-secondary information workshops and college campus visits. This position also oversees the district-wide volunteer program, assisting schools in recruiting and placing volunteers in schools, particularly professionals and non-profit organizations to mentor and engage students.
