About Us

Together building a better Weld County: children reading to learn by 4th grade, youth in good jobs by age 25, families in stable housing, older adults aging well, and people connecting to needed help.

Travis Hitt

With an undergraduate degree in psychology and a minor in criminal justice from the University of Northern Colorado, Travis Hitt's passion for youth and giving back to the community began over a decade ago. While working as a youth hockey coach at the Greeley Ice Haus, he served as a psychology intern with Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County. After quickly transitioning to clubhouse director and managing different locations around Weld County, Travis then served Boys & Girls Clubs in California and Colorado Springs. In 2018, he became the VP of Marketing and Engagement with Boys & Girls Clubs back in Weld County, leading fundraising events such as Elegant Night and Dancing with the Weld County Stars. Married with two girls and a family dog named Clifford, Travis is eager to continue bringing Weld County citizens together for the common goal of building a better future.
