Award Alliance Relocates to Evans, Continues Serving Northern Colorado’s Award and Recognition Needs

[Evans, Colorado – October 20, 2026] — Award Alliance, a Northern Colorado award and recognition provider for more than 45 years, has moved from its longtime downtown Greeley location to a new home at 918 37th Street in Evans. The business is open and serving customers.

Award Alliance began when founder Paul Hlad wanted to encourage his own school students and awarded them trophies at the end of the year. What started as a hobby in his garage grew into a full-service shop offering trophies, plaques, medals, crystal, engraved gifts, name badges, signage, and promotional items for schools, businesses, healthcare organizations, and civic groups.

The new 8,000-square-foot location, a former furniture store, gives the team room to keep doing what they do best: personal work for each customer.

What sets Award Alliance apart is selection paired with personal attention. The shop carries more than 20,000 items, and nearly everything can be personalized for the customer. Whether someone walks in with a clear idea or no idea at all, Hlad and his team help them find the right piece. Each order passes through several hands, from the counter to production to pickup, so the quality and details come out right.

The work is wide-ranging: dean’s list medallions for university graduates, engraved watches marking safety milestones for construction supervisors, crystal for employee-of-the-month programs, and retirement plaques that mount a career’s worth of badges and pins. Customers include schools, businesses, and organizations across Northern Colorado and beyond.
