Amber Lopez

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an educational background in human development and family studies. I am passionate about the intersection of trauma-informed care and behavior supports for individuals with disabilities and prior to directing our Colorado foster care program, I worked as a behavior analyst throughout Northern CO providing ABA services to individuals across the lifespan in home, community, and clinic settings. I have a love of lifelong learning and continually seek out opportunities to better my knowledge, both within behavior analysis, in the child welfare realm, and for impacting the lives of the individuals I work with – “know better, do better” is one of my go-to mantras. I live in Johnstown with my family and you can find me out and about finding fun activities to do with my kiddos, helping my daughter sell Girl Scout cookies, and loving all things Colorado!

Mrs. Candice Moore

Candice Moore is the Outreach and Licensing Specialist at Envoi Associates, a Child Placement Agency located in Northern Colorado. With a Bachelor of Science in Social Work (BSSW), Candice brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to the field of child welfare. Their role involves forging partnerships with community stakeholders, advocating for the needs of children in care, and facilitating the licensing process for prospective foster parents. Candice's professional journey is not only informed by their academic background but also by their firsthand experience as both a foster and adoptive parent of children with special needs. This unique perspective empowers Candice to approach their work with empathy, understanding, and a steadfast dedication to advocating for the best interests of every child.
